On May 12, Baoxin technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jinmao smart Transportation Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinmao smart") to seek common cooperation and development in the power exchange market of new energy vehicles. Relevant leaders of Huai'an Bureau of industry and information technology and Bengbu office in Beijing attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, in the early stage, the two sides mainly invested, constructed and operated the electric heavy truck power exchange infrastructure, worked together to build a smart network for power exchange of new energy vehicles, jointly initiated the establishment of regional project companies to expand the regional market and invest and operate the power exchange station, and cooperated in the processing and manufacturing of main equipment and control system of the power exchange station.
The two sides will take this cooperation as the starting point, take the national "3060 goal" as the guide, fully integrate advantageous resources, cooperate closely and support each other, constantly innovate models, broaden cooperation ideas in the field of new energy, enhance the social influence of both sides and achieve win-win development.
